The industrial camera system is used to collect images of the inspection parts and identify the rod numbers. Then, the collected images are analyzed and classified into big data to classify the defective rod units. Finally, the defective rod units are placed in the specified replacement area at the appropriate turnout of the catenary, thereby realizing the fully automatic identification of the defective rod units.
