High conductivity cathode steel rod and embedded copper cathode steel rod can improve the conductivity of the material itself and reduce the bottom voltage drop of the electrolytic cell. It is very beneficial to reduce the horizontal current of the electrolytic cell, reduce the average flow rate of liquid aluminum, improve the working stability of the electrolytic cell, and provide the possibility for further compression of the polar distance.


During the installation of aluminium soft strip welding head for steel rods, the steel side and the cathode square steel and the aluminum soft band side are welded directly to the cathode aluminum bus, which is used to replace the traditional connection mode of explosive block and steel continuous piece. High conductivity steel rod: High conductivity steel rods have more than 30% higher conductivity than traditional cathode steel rods.

Aluminium soft strip welding head for steel rods:Replacing the traditional explosive block-steel linkage connection between cathode steel rods and bus, the voltage drop at the connection site is reduced by more than 15mv.
