JW-208 Series uncover crucible equipment is a new type of equipment developed by our company, mainly used in crucible overhaul workshop to assist in crucible cleaning and maintenance. The equipment mainly realizes the two functions of lifting the cover and loosening the cover bolt. The use of the equipment reduces the labor intensity of the workers in the overhaul workshop and improves the working efficiency of the crucible overhaul workshop.

The equipment can automatically remove the bolts of the cruicible cover and lift the cruicible cover to the designated location, so that the personnel can carry out the next operation. After the operation is completed, the equipment lifts the crucible cover, and after the position is adjusted, the equipment automatically connects the nut position to tighten the bolts. After the operation is completed, the equipment returns to its original position. The bolt tightening process does not require manual re-tightening. Except for the crucible cover hook and crucible cover reset, other processes such as bolt removal, bolt tightening, and crucible cover unhooking do not require human assistance, and only one person is required to perform remote control operations.
