    JW208 series uncover crucible equipment is a new type of equipment developed by our company, mainly used in crucible overhaul workshop, the auxiliary function of crucible cleaning and maintenance. The equipment mainly realizes the two functions of lifting the cover and loosening the cover bolt. The use of the equipment reduces the labor intensity of the workers in the overhaul workshop and improves the working efficiency of the crucible overhaul workshop.

    The equipment can automatically dismantle the crucible cover bolts and lift the cover to the designated position to facilitate the personnel to carry out the next step of the operation. When the operation is completed, the equipment lifts the crucible cover, and after the position is adjusted, the equipment automatically butt the position of the nut to carry out the bolt tightening operation. After the operation is completed, the equipment returns to its original position. There is no need to retighten the bolts manually. Except for the crucible cover hooking and crucible cover resetting which require manual labor, other processes such as bolt disassembling, bolt tightening and crucible cover unhooking do not require personnel assistance. Only one person is required to carry out the remote control operation.
