JW-6011 High temperature gas baking equipment is composed of 3 parts: control station, fuel station, combustion station. Its fuel gas could be natural gas, coal seam gas, generator gas, fuel gas, liquified petroleum gas, etc. Applied to the prebaking startup of electrolytic cells, the technology and equipment can effectively improve the baking quality and reduce electricity consumption. When they are applied to the baking of the restart-up cells, overhauling operation is not needed, which can save a large number of manpower and electricity consumption, and could reduce the risk of cell leakage and prolong service life of the cells.
