In the process of aluminum electrolysis production, anode rod is the connecting conductor between anode carbon block and large busbar of the electrolytic cell, and its crimping conductivity will directly affect the energy consumption of electrolysis production and the safe and stable operation of the electrolytic cell. The surface of the anode rod is easy to be dirty, which will increase the contact voltage drop between anode rod and large busbar (increase in the contact resistance). Not only will a large amount of electricity be consumed during use, but the contact surface will also heat up due to the increase in resistance, thus causing safety risks. Therefore, reducing the contact voltage drop between anode rod and large busbar has always been a key issue in the electrolytic production. And most of the enterprises in China use manual mechanical grinding to clean the surface of the aluminum guide rod, which has high artificial cost and inconvenient operation, and the mechanical grinding is abrasive for the substrate of the aluminum guide rod, so the actual effect is not ideal.
